CSICC2020 Registration Process and Camera-Ready Preparation Guide

Dear CSICC2020 participant, please read this link carefully to register in CSICC2020.

The Author(s) of accepted papers should follow the below steps carefully to prepare the camera-ready files and send them to us. Please be aware that all the contents should be sent up to December 21 2019.

1. The final accepted papers in CSICC2020 should be prepared according to the provided template in this link.

2. When the paper is ready with the appropriate template, the author(s) should prepare a rar (zip) file includes (1) the final paper document in Word (Tex) and pdf (2) A single page Word document contains the title, author(s) name, abstract, and keywords of the paper. The compressed file should be named with “CSICC2020_paper_number” format in which the paper_number is the paper number in submission website which was announced as accepted paper.

3. Register to the conference according to the information provided in this link. To publish the paper (paper with oral presentation or paper with poster presentation) in the proceedings, for each paper at least one author should register.

4. For each extra page the author(s) should pay 500,000 IRR. The considered page limit for the papers with oral presentation is 8 pages and for the papers with poster presentation is 6 pages.

5. After registration process is completed, please send a digital copy of the receipt, the authors’ name and the payed value to the address mentioned in the following.

6. For the poster presentation an A2 sized poster including the important contents of the paper should be prepared. This poster should be arranged according to the bellow template.

7. After finishing the steps 2, 5, and 6 send an email to csicc2020@iust.ac.ir which is entitled “Registration Information for paper #paper_number”. The paper_number is the paper number in submission website which was announced as accepted paper. The email should include the following contents:

   • A compressed file includes:

     • Word (Tex) file of the final paper.
     • Pdf file of the final paper.
     • A single page Word file includes title, author(s) name, abstract, and keywords of the paper.
     • Poster file (if applicable)

   • A digital copy of the receipt, the authors’ name and the payed value
